Summary of Requirements

The OSCE NMT requires the following services:

1. One full rack in a collocation centre situated in the city of Vienna;
2. One symmetric point-to-point 2 Mbps link between the OSCE Secretariat and the co-location centre;
3. An extremely reliable Internet access, at minimum 2 Mbps speed (symmetric).
4. Coordinated physical relocation of the NMT core infrastructure equipment from the existing location. The list of equipment includes: three HP Proliant 380 servers, one HP Proliant 360 server, one HP Tape library, one HP MSA 500 storage enclosure, two Cisco 2960 switches, two Cisco PIX 515 (failover configuration), and one Cisco 1841 router.
