The objective of this tender is to select a qualified Contractor, who shall provide cost effective and quality mobile voice and mobile data services and supply the relevant mobile communication hardware to the OSCE premises supported by professional failure service and customer support.
The OSCE uses mobile phone services for the conduct of domestic and international voice and data calls from its location in Warsaw, Poland and primarily the calls and data transfer in roaming. The mobile voice and data services must cover Europe, USA and all 57 Participating States of the OSCE.
The OSCE currently maintains a GSM network with about 160 subscriptions in its Warsaw based office. The Services to be provided by the Contractor shall include but not be limited to mobile voice and data (GPRS, UMTS, Blackberry Enterprise Server etc.) services. The monthly average for telephony amounts at about 37,000 MOU (minutes of use).
