The OSCE Mission to Serbia is providing technical assistance to the Office for Human and Minority Rights for the implementation of the National Strategy for Roma Inclusion and is seeking to hire an educational facility to provide high quality trainings for two occupations: hairdresser and nurses for elderly people to 20 students.
