Provision of Accommodation in the Hotels during the Events arranged by the OSCE (conferences, seminars, meetings and other events) or official duty travel in the following cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Odessa, Lviv, Donetsk, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk; provision of Event Management Services, including provision of conference facilities and equipment; catering for the participants; hotel transfers; registration of the participants; preparing, delivery and distribution of information materials; other event support services.
