Summary of Requirements

Description of Services: The OSCE Secretariat has a requirement for the items specified below and kindly requests you to provide a bid as follows:

  • LOT I – Supply and Delivery of 50 Body Armors and 50 Kevlar Helmets;
  • LOT II – Supply and Delivery of 10 Ballistic Helmets.

Partial bids submitted as separate complete lots are accepted. Evaluation and award will be made separately for each lot.

Delivery time: As soon as possible from the receipt of Purchase Order, including the time required for obtaining expert permit/license, if necessary. The goods are for donation. The end-user certificate will be signed by the Beneficiary.

Delivery terms: DAP (Incoterms © 2010), Kyiv, Ukraine.
