The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Secretariat seeks independent IT research service, advisory and support to develop and implement sustainable and cost effective sourcing projects for corporate enterprise systems (Oracle EBS, Microsoft Email/Collaboration/Cloud). This shall include the initial requirements validation, RFP preparation support and up to contract review/benchmark and cost optimizations based on proven extensive industry research experience and market offerings.
