Due to the unstable situation in eastern regions of Ukraine where there are frequent electricity cuts causing difficulties in performing Mission’s tasks, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMMU) has a need of supply, delivery and installation of 10 diesel generators. Six (6) diesel generators of 50 kVA capacity should be delivered and installed in Luhansk city (3 generators), Severodonetsk (2 generators) and Odessa (1 generator) and four (4) diesel generators of 100 kVA capacity to be delivered and installed in Luhansk city, Donetsk city, Mariupol and Kramatorsk. OSCE shall assist the Supplier in delivery of equipment and personnel for delivery, installation and maintenance performance to restricted areas, including Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Expected contract duration: One time purchase with one year maintenance services contract with possibility of extension .
