Projects build on the experience gathered in the sphere of strengthening environmental governance, security and sustainability in the country in the past years. Specifically, the project promotes enhancing the access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice on environmental matters. In this sense, activities pursuing compliance with the environmental governance are instrumental for promoting environmental security and sustainability at the local level.
