Project aims at strengthening public oversight of conduct of elections by electoral management bodies from the civil society in order to ensure continuous dialogue on electoral matters at the central level as well as provide country wide feedback from the civil society on work of electoral management bodies as well as on suffrage rights and application of legislation. Specifically, the project on support to conduct elections is focused on providing support on amendments to be introduced in relevant legislation, continuous engagement with the State Registry Service on improvement of population registration and preparations to introduce new biometric passports as well as data privacy matters, and, if needed be, support to be provided for training of electoral management bodies.
