The Secretariat of Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is interested to establish a Contract for the provision of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) advisory and research services.
Service Requirements
The Vendor shall develop and provide independent ICT advisory and research services in the following areas:
- ICT Technology and Managed Services;
- Sourcing and Contracting;
- ICT Organization;
- Other related services, for example: specialized events, ICT conferences, webinars, etc.
The above mentioned services shall be provided via a web interface, with an option to create an email alert with specific keywords; in addition, there shall be an option to provide consultancy and advisory services via telephone conference or on-site.
