Description: Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe has a requirement for the provision of services pertaining to the improvement/ transformation and maintenance of ODIHR’s Hate Crime Reporting website.
ODIHR collects and publishes information about incidents of hate crime in the OSCE region annually on the Hate Crime Reporting Website (HCRW), which can be found at hatecrime.osce.org. The HCRW is based on information submitted by government authorities, civil society groups, international organizations and OSCE field operations in the 57 participating States.
The HCRW, which went public in 2012, transformed ODIHR's hate crime reporting from a static report to a responsive website. ODIHR will make improvements to the website, making data more accessible to users, visually appealing and easier to export. ODIHR staff is currently preparing data for 2015, which will be published on the HCRW in November 2016.
The duration of contract resulted from this RFQ will be for the implementation of the website improvement/transformation and 12 months of maintenance services.
