Summary of Requirements

This series of videos will serve as an introduction on ODIHR’s hate crime work. Each topic will be addressed through short (1-3 minutes) videos, some of which will be live action and others may be animated.

Under the direct supervision of the TND Web Editor, the video production company will create the six videos in accordance with the following requirements:

1. Write the script for each video, from 250 to 500 words each. The texts will be written in plain English, without over-simplifying the message. This will be done in close co-operation with TND, based on existing materials;

2. Prepare and layout the storyboards for each video;

3. Provide narration for the videos;

4. Production of the video based on the approved storyboards. Up to two videos will be animated, with the others filmed in live action;

5. Incorporate changes to the videos as necessary;

6. Includes transcript of the videos to ensure accessibility;

7. Final delivery of the six videos, which have taken into account input by ODIHR.
