OSCE PCUz seeks to hire the services of a construction company to implement construction works on establishment of cycling lanes in the city of Namangan. The working design has been developed on the request of Namangan city Department for Improvement and Reconstruction. The designing was based on the results of the survey performed by the survey team of the Namangan Yul Loyiha (Namangan Roads Projects) institute in 2010.
