Under its 2017 Project “Advancing the role of CSOs, young women and men future leaders in decision making and public life”, the Public Participation Section (PPS) of Democratization Department of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo seeks to increase participation and advocacy efforts of civil society organizations (CSOs), women caucuses and youth in working with municipal and central institutions. Specifically, through its activities, this project aims to improve the opportunities for CSOs to benefit from funding opportunities in Kosovo, increase their capacities in project proposal writing and create partnerships and networks with peer organisations.
In order to meet Project needs, PPS seeks from the Mission to contract a local or international IT service provider to develop and functionalize a website that displays funding opportunities and best examples of successful projects for the CSOs in Kosovo
