Summary of Requirements

The Secretariat of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is interested to establish a 5-year contract for the supply and delivery of office supplies and stationery. Orders placed against the contract shall be on an ‘AS AND WHEN REQUIRED’ basis.
