The OSCE SMM owns car-fleet of more than 400 vehicles (armoured and regular) that are operated all over Ukraine. OSCE SMM is aiming to set a contract(s) with reliable suppliers of tires able to meet the set requirements and handle the SMM’s annual volumes of requested tires. Supplier must keep the local buffer stock and be able to perform the partial deliveries upon request, as well as deliveries to SMM regional offices all over Ukraine.
Expected contract duration: 31 March 2018 with possibility of prolongation up to 3 calendar years.
