The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) intends to charter one or more aircrafts to carry out transportation by the following route: Baku, Azerbaijan – Yerevan, Armenia. It will be one-way flight either originating in Baku or in Yerevan. The first flight is to take place on 20 February 2019 at 7 p.m. intended for 7 passengers. Please note that the results of the Quotation can be used for establishing a Local Window Contract for similar services in the future. In this case, the flight will originate either from Baku or from Yerevan. The air charter flights normally take place twice per year. The prices reserved in the offer should be valid for 1 year.
