The Secretariat of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is interested to establish a 3-year contract for the supply and delivery of printing and copy paper in DIN A3 and DIN A4 – high quality multipurpose paper for writing, copying, black/white and color printing for general office use. Orders placed against the contract shall be on an ‘AS AND WHEN REQUIRED’ basis.
