The OSCE Mission to Serbia seeks proposals from civil society organizations (CSOs), active in the field of national minorities, National Minority Councils (NMCs) and youth in the Republic of Serbia that will aim to enhance the capacities of NMCs to better plan, design and implement projects and activities targeting youth and addressing their needs, along with incorporating a gender perspective.
The main goal of this initiative is to improve the planning capacities of NMCs, and subsequently their performance, transparency and accountability, so that they can devise and implement projects and activities sensitive to youth perspectives and tailored to their needs. Particular attention should be given to the needs of youth from rural areas, especially young women.
