The OSCE has a requirement to provide conference services for the workshop “Economic empowerment of women in Syunik region and other regions of Armenia” of Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA) on 8-10 May in Yerevan, Armenia, including accommodation, conference facilities, rental of equipment and technical support as well as catering services and printing of information materials. The event venue should be a min. three-star hotel within 3 km distance from the city centre of Yerevan, with a conference room with windows/day-light that can accommodate up to 28 participants seated at tables in a communicative (non-theatre) style. Interested companies are invited to request bidding documents.
