Provision of computer-assisted translation (CAT) software licenses with the view to ensuring consistency of terms used by language assistants, saving time for translation and maintaining institutional memory. Considering the volume and variety of documents to be translated the translation requires teamwork and use of shared resources. A server-based CAT tool with sufficient number of user licenses (e.g. one Language Assistant – one license) will be fit for purpose.
