Conducting external evaluation of activities, implemented within the project “Consolidating the Democratization Process in the Security Sector in Serbia – Phase 4”. The implementation period of the fourth phase of the project is from January 2018 to December 2019. The main purpose of the project is strengthening the democratic character of civilian-military relations and contributing to a more efficient functioning of the armed forces within the framework of a comprehensive concept of security.
