The OSCE Mission to Serbia seeks proposals from civil society organizations (CSOs) active in the field of education and national minorities and experienced in research, to conduct an assessment of the possibilities for introduction of bilingual models of education in Serbian and minority languages and produce a study with proposed models. The study should contain recommendations and define steps to enable effective implementation of bilingual education in Serbian and minority languages in Serbia.
Contract duration: the proposed project duration should not exceed eight months.
