The OSCE Mission to Serbia is implementing the project ‘Support to Media Reforms in Serbia’, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The OSCE Mission to Serbia seeks proposals from civil society organizations (CSO) to develop uniform training modules for professional development of local self-government officials and organize trainings based on those modules on public co-financing of the production of public-interest content and ethics in journalism. The Implementing Partner has to have a proven track record in developing learning materials and/or modules in the field of project-based co-financing of public information content production and public spending. The applicant must demonstrate how it will ensure a neutral and unbiased approach to the assessment, its findings and recommendations. All team members are expected to sign Declaration of Impartiality and No Conflict of Interest.
