The OSCE Secretariat is seeking offers from eligible and qualified companies with international experience for design and delivery of training on international co-operation in asset recovery. The successful bidder must possess experience in asset tracing, seizure and confiscation to design and deliver 4 (four) online workshops for up to 48 participants to enhance the capability of criminal justice specialists from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the Republic of North Macedonia, and Montenegro, who are dealing with asset recovery to request and provide successful international cooperation in transnational crime cases, in particular relating to asset tracing, freezing, freezing and confiscation and repatriation. Interested companies are invited to request bidding documents.
