The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) is seeking offers from eligible and qualified companies for disinfection services upon request at all SMM facilities across Ukraine, either at government controlled area or within non-government controlled area. Interested companies are invited to request bidding documents.
