The OSCE Secretariat is seeking offers from eligible and qualified companies for provision of air charter services for Personal Representative of the C-i-O (Minsk Conf.).The 1st one-way air charter flight will take place from Baku, Azerbaijan to Yerevan, Armenia, for 6 people on 13 December 2020 at 13:00 local time. The results of the Request for Quotation can be used for establishing a Local Window Contract for similar services in the future. In this case, the flight will originate either from Baku or from Yerevan. The air charter flights normally take place twice per year. The prices reserved in the offer should be valid for 1 year. Interested companies are invited to request bidding documents.
