The scope of the framework contract is the provisioning to the OSCE Mission of all-inclusive communications service that includes fixed telephony and mobile telephony within the Virtual Private Network (VPN) setting. The OSCE operates through its Head Office and the network of eight field offices. In addition to the communications services, the contractor(s) shall provide outstanding quality control and customer care.
Interested bidders have to hold a valid GSM/4G license for mobile network operators that is issued by the Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, aka RAK.
