The OSCE Mission in Kosovo is seeking offers from eligible and qualified multimedia companies to commission the development of a media literacy public awareness campaign. The campaign aims to empower the public with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the online environment safely and critically. The campaign will be carried out in four different components featuring a news literacy quiz, an informative video spot on sharing responsibly on social media, a video spot outlining false narratives of COVID-19 and producing promotional campaign material bearing key campaign messages.
