The OSCE Presence in Albania is looking for a qualified contractor who will be engaged in and responsible for the independent production of a weekly (or biweekly program), informative, educative and with an investigative approach focusing on court, crime and justice affair; Health Issues and Environmental Issues. The programs will be produced according to a format paper already prepared by the program’ author, engaged by OSCE PiA, and will be broadcasted by the Albanian Public Broadcaster (Radio-Televizioni Shqiptar). Interested companies are invited to request bidding documents.
