Summary of Requirements

OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan office as part of its activities requires provision of printed books.

Requirements to bidders:

  • Confirmed minimum 3 years of experience in production of books;
  • Ability to receive Publication Permission (ISBN/ГРИФ); availability of license from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (According to Uzbek legislation permission for publication can be provided only those publishing companies who have got a license from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan);
  • Sub-contracting is not allowed; the bidder should possess own capacities and equipment for the materials production.
