The OSCE Mission to Serbia is implementing the project ‘Support to Media Reforms in Serbia’, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). One of the project activities is aimed at supporting the implementation of the Media Strategy and the Strategy for Digital Skills Development.
The Mission seeks proposals from civil society organizations (CSO) to map the digital skills on the media labour market, conduct the needs assessment of media outlets and carry out research and analysis of demand for digital skills of journalists and other media professionals. This analysis will contribute to data-based decision making of all relevant stakeholders, as well as to the implementation of the Media Strategy and the Strategy of Digital Skills Development.
The proposed project duration should not exceed six months.
