The office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities (HCNM) is seeking talented and innovative candidates to produce an “explanimation”; i.e., a short, explanatory animated film with voiceover and subtitles, promoting the HCNM’s Recommendations on Policing in Multi-Ethnic Societies and their core messages. The office of the HCNM aims to translate the core messages of the Policing Recommendations into a short explanatory animated film, in the format of a 60–120 second attractive and original explanimation, based on scripts provided by the HCNM.
