The OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek (POiB) on the regular basis requires promotional materials for the operational needs and implementation of projects.
The POiB envisages establishing a Local Window Contract (LWC) with a reputable and highly qualified vendor for the provision of promotional materials in a cost efficient and customer-oriented manner.
POiB intends to conclude the contract (framework agreement) for a period of three years with the option to extend it for additional two years, subject to satisfactory performance assessment
