The OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe (POiD) aims to support the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan (MINT) by developing and deploying customized automated information system (AIS), which consequently will make the business processes of the MINT more efficient and consistent, and reduce slack and gaps.
In this regards, the POiD is planning to contract a local company, which will conduct a needs assessment analysis and develop a terms of reference for IT company for automated information system.
