Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe is seeking eligible and qualified bidders to take part in the Expression of Interest No. SEC/01/2022 on provision of rental services for storage space, preferably in the 1st district of Vienna city centre, as per attached Schedule of Requirements. Interested companies are invited to express their interest and submit an offer.
Please note that the results of the Expression of Interest can be used for establishing a Local Window Contract for provision of rental services for storage space for 5 years. The prices reserved in the offer should be valid for 90 days.
Please use the downloadable Price Schedule and Schedule of Requirements for the submission of your offer. Additional information such as layout of premises, exposé, specification of utilities costs, list of fixtures, facilities, technical installations, etc., copies of all required and valid certificates must be submitted on separate pages.
The deadline for receipt of offers is 18 February 2022 12:00 noon Vienna time (GMT+01:00). Any offer received by the OSCE after the above deadline will be not be taken into consideration.
