Summary of Requirements

The service provider should be able to lead the process of design and development of multiyear Strategy and Action Plan for the AJPP.

More specifically, the service provider is expected to implement the following activities and develop the following documents:

  1. Methodology for preparation/drafting the Strategy and AP
  2. Analysis of the current situation
  3. Drafting a multiyear Strategy for the AJPP
  4. Development of an Action Plan for implementation of the Strategy
  5. Coordination and consultative activities and coaching
