Summary of Requirements

The selected service provider should be able to lead the process of design and development of a multi-year Strategy and Action Plan for the AJPP.

More specifically, the service provider is expected to implement the following activities and develop the following documents:

  1. Methodology for preparation/drafting the Strategy and AP
  2. Analysis of the current situation
  3. Drafting a multiyear Strategy for the AJPP
  4. Development of an Action Plan for implementation of the Strategy
  5. Coordination and consultative activities and coaching
