OSCE’s TNTD and OCEEA require the services of an international consulting company with demonstrated experience in trainings/courses related to asset recovery to design and deliver an in-person 4-day Training on International Co-operation and Mutual Legal Assistance in Asset Recovery. The joint training will target criminal justice practitioners from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Ukraine. The aim of the training is to enhance the knowledge and skillset of participants in the field of international co-operation and mutual legal assistance in transnational organized crime cases. The training should focus on asset tracing, freezing, confiscation and repatriation and should combine both theoretical and practical learning modalities.
