The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks bids from qualified and interested Bidders for the provision of Services in relation to the Managed Metropolitan Area Network(MAN) lines to inter-connect three OSCE Offices located in Vienna, Austria in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated in the enclosed Terms of Reference.
The OSCE intends to establish a Local Window Contract for an initial period of one year, with an option of extension for four additional years, subject to future needs, funds availability and Contractor’s performance. The new contract is expected to commence as of 01.01.2023.
