PUBLIC CALL FOR IMPLEMENTING PARTNERS ENGAGEMENT IN PROVIDING ADVISE, ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFIED TRAINING ON DUE APPLICATION OF DEACTIVATION OF SMALL ARMS & LIGHT WEAPONS (SALW)
Hire a SALW Proof house, or a Proof house-led consortium, as an Implementing Partner (IP) to provide advisory, assessment, and certified trainings on due application of deactivation of SALW.
Task 1: Initial assessment (desktop analysis and on site visit) – carrying out an initial inventory of resources and designing action plans;
Task 2: Develop training documentation and didactic material;
Task 3: Pursuant to the findings of the initial assessment, Audit Report and the Transformation Plan, agree on the details and logistics of delivering theoretical and practical trainings for deactivation on site of the beneficiary facility for two days;
Task 4: Perform up to two (2) periodic monitoring visits of the newly established processes, skills and procedures for up to 10 months after the date of the last training.
