The selected company will be responsible for design, test and built online information system that has been integrated into the existing platform of the beneficiary (https://eanticor.uz) in line with technical specifications (provided in separate attachment).
Bidder must have minimum 3 years of experience on the market in Provision and the creation and implementation of business process automation systems, electronic document management, etc.
Bidder shall provide CVs of the personnel to demonstrate the availability of a team of professionals qualified to perform the listed tasks
Be experienced in project implementation for state bodies of the CIS countries certified by at least two recommendation letters, with such experience with Uzbekistan’s state bodies being an advantage;
Employ Uzbek and / or Russian speaking personnel to attend the meetings and negotiations at the client and beneficiary's premises.
