Summary of Requirements

Provide operational support to the Balkan Asset Management Interagency Network (BAMIN), which is an informal network, currently comprised of asset management offices from 18 jurisdictions. Moreover, the IP will provide technical trainings and mentoring sessions on asset management cases, on a needs-based approach. Finally, the IP will organize three Annual General Meetings (AGM) – one per project year – with the aim of enhancing cross-jurisdictional co-operation and exchange of information in asset management cases.

  • Provide support to asset management offices to more effectively manage seized and confiscated assets throughout the implementation of the ExB “Strengthening Asset Recovery Efforts in the OSCE Region” from 2022 until 2025 (33 months)
  • Maintain an online joint platform for exchange of materials, sharing information and posting inquiries related to asset management cases (33 months)
  • Oversee the membership of existing and new jurisdictions to the BAMIN (33 months)
  • Ensure regular and effective communication with the asset management offices, including facilitating communication between two or more offices in cross-border cases (33 months)
  • Organize trainings and mentoring sessions on a needs-based approach and with the aim to strengthen the capacities of asset management agencies and to enhance cross-jurisdictional co-operation (20 months)
  • Organize three BAMIN Annual General Meetings (AGM) – one per year including all the procurement process (10 months)
