The OSCE intends to establish a Long-Term Corporate Window Contract with a qualified contractor for provision of Freight Forwarding and Warehousing Services for a period of up to five (5) years, including the following services:
As and when required by the OSCE (the Secretariat or Field Operations/Institutions), provide freight forwarding of general goods/ICT equipment and vehicles from the point of origin (location of the goods) to the point of destination as per the OSCE shipping instructions;
Manage the entire transport chain from the point of origin to the point of destination, including all elements of the various modes of transport, and delivery to the final destination.
Provide a dedicated space of 45m2 for the purpose of establishing a Bonded Warehouse which serves as the receiving point and dispatch place for incoming and out-going shipments.
