Provision of services to develop and conduct capacity building trainings on social media and public relations for Municipal information officers and Women officials working at the local level government
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo is seeking offers from eligible and qualified companies to enhance capacities of OSCE Mission’s interlocutors at the municipal level in using the new communication technology to interact with the community and the media and to improve the shortcomings of the existing communication channels, including the gender aspect of public communication. Interested bidders are invited to request bidding documents.
