The OSCE hereby seeks to engage up to two qualified implementing partners:
(1) a non-governmental organization working on water governance and transboundary water co-operation at the international level for implementation of project activities 2.1 and 2.4 ;
(2) one regional organization addressing environmental and sustainability challenges across the Central Asian region and Afghanistan for implementation of project activity 3.6.
- Activity 2.1 and 2.4: the OSCE seeks to engage one partner with an international profile to co-ordinate and support the further development of the Network with a focus on the capacities & skills of women decision, policy makers and water experts focused on mediation and negotiation.
- Activity 3.6: the OSCE seeks to engage one partner with a regional profile in Central Asia addressing the growth of the existing Network, facilitation of discussions and knowledge exchange on water management issues, as well as promotion and support for local and regional collaboration on water management and conflict prevention.
