OSCE SPU requires Catering/Conference services, Hotel Accommodation and Event Support Services including logistical and technical support during hybrid format of the event, simultaneous translation equipment for the abovementioned Round table.
The Round table will be conducted in Hybrid format and will be the combination of presentations and discussions. All technical facilities shall be in place to insure the Hybrid format (offline/online) during the whole day of the event in terms sound and picture.
