OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, the Economic project was approached by Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Republic of Tajikistan (MINT) seeking technical assistance for development of computerized system of internal and external document processing. The OSCE POiD decided to render assistance to MINT through competitive tender procedure in order to identify a local company capable to perform the task.
