The OSCE Presence in Albania is seeking legally registered companies eligible to perform construction works in accordance with national applicable law for the retrofitting of the existing building to be the Deactivation Centre for SALW, and for the retrofitting of four dog building Kennels and refurbishing of two ambulatory rooms of the Veterinary Clinic at the Albanian State Police Canine Training Institute, in the framework of the project “Assisting the National Authorities of the Republic of Albania to Decrease the Risk of Weapon Proliferation and Misuse of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW)”.
