Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine project “Support to National Stakeholders in Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice” envisages to conduct a study visit for the Constitutional Court of Ukraine members. 

On 5-12 April 2025 in partnership with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU), is planned to conduct a study visit of the delegation of the judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, OSCE Secretariat and EU Fundamental Rights Agency.
